Position Overview

This is an assignment based part-time on-call direct hire role performing office services work 8-38 hours per week with a$14.50-$15.00 USD per hour compensation. Minimum assignment length is one full day, with durations ranging up to multiple weeks. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8AM to 6PM (no nights, no weekends), centralized around the Atlanta metropolitan area. Key Responsibilities
- Operating mailing and copy equipment
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
- Shipping & Receiving; updating employee lists; pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers; lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages and shipments of paper
- Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages; maintain copier equipment
- Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment and consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
- Take direction from the supervisor or site manager; participate in cross-training; maintain all logs and reporting documentation with attention to detail
- Adhere to all safety procedures; perform other tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Customer service, hospitality, or retail background preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor; keyboarding skills and proficiency in a Windows PC environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team while handling multiple functional tasks
- Must meet the employer's attendance policy; possession of a valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
