Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role involves developing and executing engaging digital campaigns, managing social media platforms, developing content for our social media platforms, and creating new digital content. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and digital analytics to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, 40 per week

Location: Oklahoma City, OK 73128 (Preferred), In person

Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Create compelling content including graphics, photos, videos, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and marketing goals.
• Manage social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Canva for graphic design and visual content creation.
• Schedule and publish posts on Facebook and Instagram.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with the online community.
• Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency before publication.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media platforms, and emerging technologies to continuously improve strategies.

Requirements: Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in tools like Canva for graphic design.
• Skilled in content creation including photography, video editing, and copywriting tailored for digital platforms.
• Excellent relationship management skills to engage with audiences effectively.
• Strong proofreading skills ensuring high-quality content output.

Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and video editing.
