Key Responsibilities

  • Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
  • Generate weekly material requirements plans
  • Establish weekly packaging material requirements
  • Track production order progress and close-out
  • Monitor and communicate production abnormalities
  • Collaborate with the shipping coordinator to manage slow-moving inventory, identify root causes, and implement inventory reduction strategies
  • Evaluate machine capacity and participate in new project development
  • Execute tasks assigned by the supervisor in a timely manner
  • Attend scheduled meetings
  • Generate regular reports as required on time
  • Conduct regular meetings with the shipping coordinator to review production issues
  • Handle, communicate, and coordinate various production issues
  • Lead daily production and sales meetings and follow up on issues

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Familiar with the basic processes of production management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to effectively guide, monitor, and understand plant production status and relevant data
  • Strong communication skills with an outgoing personality
