Key Responsibilities
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
- Generate weekly material requirements plans
- Establish weekly packaging material requirements
- Track production order progress and close-out
- Monitor and communicate production abnormalities
- Collaborate with the shipping coordinator to manage slow-moving inventory, identify root causes, and implement inventory reduction strategies
- Evaluate machine capacity and participate in new project development
- Execute tasks assigned by the supervisor in a timely manner
- Attend scheduled meetings
- Generate regular reports as required on time
- Conduct regular meetings with the shipping coordinator to review production issues
- Handle, communicate, and coordinate various production issues
- Lead daily production and sales meetings and follow up on issues
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Familiar with the basic processes of production management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to effectively guide, monitor, and understand plant production status and relevant data
- Strong communication skills with an outgoing personality
