Job Description

Patient Capital Management, LLC seeks a highly specialized Technology Infrastructure & Business Intelligence Analyst to design, optimize, and support the firm's technology systems, data architecture, and analytical capabilities. This role requires advanced technical expertise in information systems, data engineering, automation, and AI-enabled tools to enhance the firm’s operational efficiency and investment decision-making processes. The position requires application of specialized knowledge typically acquired through a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a closely related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, secure, and maintain enterprise desktop, cloud, and application systems.
  • Integrate advanced technologies — AI-based tools — into business processes and investment workflows.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts (PowerShell, Python) to streamline system operations.
  • Lead vendor oversight for enterprise software deployment, systems updates, cybersecurity tools, and endpoint management.
  • Ensure the integrity and readiness of the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery environment.
  • Build, optimize, and maintain BI reporting systems using SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and cloud-based data platforms.
  • Design and maintain relational data models, data pipelines, and ETL processes supporting investment and operational analytics.
  • Extract, clean, transform, and validate structured and unstructured datasets for firm-wide reporting.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of performance metrics; develop dashboards that support strategic decision-making.
  • Implement data governance practices to ensure accuracy, security, and auditability of reporting environments.
  • Serve as the technical liaison between Patient Capital and third-party managed service providers.
  • Resolve complex issues requiring specialized IT knowledge of operating systems, virtualization tools, enterprise security, and cloud applications.
  • Train users on advanced technology tools, including AI-driven platforms, analytics systems, and newly implemented software.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and data transformation.
  • Technical proficiency with enterprise operating systems, cloud services, and automation scripting.
  • Evidence of specialized analytical, problem-solving, and technical integration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing AI technologies or automation systems.
  • Cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS).
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts, MDM, or enterprise data architecture.
  • Experience in desktop support, IT helpdesk, or a related role.
