Position Overview

CEC Entertainment, the global leader in family entertainment and operator of Chuck E. Cheese and Peter Piper Pizza, is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst II to join our team at the Peter Piper Pizza Support Center in Phoenix, AZ. This role supports our evolving IT infrastructure, incorporating numerous third‐party service providers and SaaS solutions to deliver value and a memorable experience for our guests. The position also offers some WFH flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with business teams to drive the technology implementation lifecycle through all phases including planning, requirement gathering, process design, configuration, user acceptance testing, and Go-Live.
  • Evaluate business requirements and ensure processes and systems drive efficient and consistent execution.
  • Execute functional, regression, and integration test cases while logging and tracking issues using the incident management system.
  • Review transactional activities, advocate for internal change control processes, monitor project progress, and recommend necessary actions.
  • Develop strong working relationships across different IT teams.
  • Assist in store systems quality control efforts to ensure all proposed changes are properly vetted and coordinated per change management policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: BS in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • 3+ years of IT and business experience with proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams or projects and influencing senior-level management.
  • Knowledge of multi-location retail IT infrastructure with familiarity in platforms such as NCR Aloha, online ordering/delivery, or equivalent systems.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of current and emerging policies, practices, trends, and technologies.
  • Customer focus with an ability to use data to enhance service delivery.
  • Drive for results with a track record of exceeding goals and defining, measuring, and reporting on service and process effectiveness.
  • Experience in process management with familiarity in ITIL principles.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills with proven resource management capabilities.
  • Ability to build strong peer relationships, foster collaboration, and navigate cross-group stakeholder dynamics.
  • Sound decision-making skills based on a mix of analysis, experience, and judgment.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with clarity and conciseness.
