Position Overview

At Frito-Lay, the Warehouse Equipment Operator plays a key role in our warehouse logistics. This entry-level role involves operating forklifts to move products, managing shipments, and supporting inventory operations. Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely following company-provided training and certification
• Load and unload pallets from trailers efficiently and with care
• Store materials properly in multi-level warehouse storage systems
• Use handheld scanners and digital inventory tools to manage product movement
• Select and prepare product orders accurately using designated warehouse systems
• Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping floors, taking out trash, and cleaning trailers to maintain warehouse standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Ability to repeatedly lift between 15 and 50 pounds with or without accommodation
• Comfortable with long periods of physical activity, including walking, bending, climbing, and kneeling
• Physically capable of repetitive tasks involving pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying
• Willing to work in varying warehouse conditions, including wet floors and changing temperature or noise levels
