Position Overview

In this role as a Data Analyst, you will join a passionate team working on cutting-edge onchain payments solutions to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the payments team by translating business needs into the design and development of core tables, dashboards, and metrics.
- Perform strategic analysis and research to identify opportunities for improving business performance.
- Create data visualizations that translate analytic results into clear insights across the organization.
- Build scalable automation solutions using SQL, dashboards, and other analytical tools.
- Collaborate effectively with leadership to tell a compelling “story” through data and insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering).
- Strong analytical and data skills with expert-level proficiency in SQL and experience with visualization tools (Superset, Tableau, or similar BI tools).
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate issues and collaborate across the organization.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Experience in payments, crypto, or both is highly desired.
- For Senior Data Analyst (III): 4+ years of industry experience, basic understanding of Python, and a good grasp of statistics applied to business problems.
- For Lead Data Analyst (IV): 8+ years of industry experience, deep expertise in statistical analysis, and domain knowledge in areas such as financial services, business banking, product analytics, marketing, or risk analytics.
