Position Overview
We are seeking a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator (Full-Time, In-Office, Tulsa, Oklahoma) at Raley Scrubs. In this role, you will develop creative content to maintain and expand Raley’s position as the go-to medical scrub company in Oklahoma. You will be responsible for building a brand that wins attention and converts through strategic marketing and engaging social media content. This role requires someone who understands that brand awareness is more than just posting—it’s about creating clear calls-to-action, impactful captions, smart hashtag strategies, and creative offers that truly convert.
At Raley Scrubs, we provide the Oklahoma medical community with high quality scrubs through five retail locations, a group sales team, and our website.
Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
Key Responsibilities
- Create and launch marketing campaigns
- Design and order marketing materials as needed
- Capture brand photography (headshots and lifestyle content)
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and develop a recognizable digital voice
- Plan and publish consistent, algorithm-aligned social media content
- Create high-quality graphics, reels, short-form videos, and other brand assets
- Manage our presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Engage with followers and build community daily
- Manage and optimize our Google Business Profile
- Maintain and update the website
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of marketing and social media experience or a college degree in marketing
- Strong understanding of current platforms, trends, and analytics
- Video editing and graphic design skills required
- Experience with Meta Ads and managing a Google Business Profile
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and creative
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
- 2 years of marketing experience (Preferred)
