Position Overview

We are currently seeking an IT Infrastructure Services Director to join our team—an exciting opportunity to contribute to a leader in advanced treatment options, new technologies, and clinical research.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technological solutions aligned with the health system’s critical business processes.
  • Ensure end-to-end availability of the technological infrastructure including storage arrays, network, servers, and middleware.
  • Manage interdependent and complex projects to support and achieve the strategic goals of the health system.
  • Oversee all infrastructure-related projects and project budgets, ensuring accurate licensing, maintenance, and service agreements.
  • Lead and manage the activities of all Technical Services staff.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field plus eight (8) years of information systems experience with four (4) years in a supervisory role OR twelve (12) years of related experience with four (4) years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience with networking protocols, internetworking, LAN to WAN communications, and Internet gateways/firewalls.
  • Windows experience on both workstation and file server configurations.
  • Proven experience in leading technical groups and implementing optimal solutions for network hardware/software, workstation hardware/software, file server hardware/software, and imaging products.
