Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for healthcare professionals on the use of Medtronic's medical devices.
• Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date on the latest developments in medical technology and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with company objectives.
• Utilize various training methods, such as instructor-led sessions, online courses, and simulations, to effectively educate healthcare professionals.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary updates and improvements.
• Create and maintain training schedules and calendars to ensure timely delivery of courses.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Medtronic's medical devices and provide support and guidance to healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, to understand their training needs and provide customized solutions.
• Monitor and track training metrics to measure the impact and success of training programs.
• Identify and address any training gaps or challenges and provide solutions to improve overall effectiveness.
• Stay informed of any regulatory changes or updates and ensure training materials are compliant.
• Participate in industry conferences and events to stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Act as a mentor to junior team members and provide guidance and support as needed.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline training processes and procedures.
