Position Overview
Halliburton is inviting ambitious students to join the Supply Chain Management Program – an exciting, 2½ year rotational opportunity designed to cultivate future leaders within our world‐renowned supply chain organization. As part of a dynamic team, you will be exposed to strategic sourcing, logistics, manufacturing, and materials management – with assignments that challenge you through project‐based responsibilities, supervisory roles, and even international exposures. Based at various manufacturing locations, candidates must be open to relocation.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine key leadership competencies critical to the success of the Supply Chain Division.
- Participate in five 6‑month rotational, project‑based assignments including supervisory roles and the potential to work internationally.
- Engage in active mentoring, deliver quarterly presentations, and complete defined business deliverables to drive improvement and impact the bottom line.
- Contribute to areas such as Manufacturing Process Improvements, Lean 6 Sigma, Risk Analysis, Health Safety & Environment, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Maintenance, Inventory Management, Quality, Finance, Field Operations, and Logistics.
