Customer Account Representative

Position Overview

In this role as a Customer Account Representative, you will provide customers with access to high-quality goods that enhance their quality of life. You’ll deliver excellent "white glove" service both in-store and on-site at customers’ homes, ensuring an exceptional experience every time. Enjoy competitive Compensation with a starting hourly rate of $15.17 - $17.85 per hour, a full-time schedule with Sundays off, and weekly pay.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Deliver friendly, top-notch service on the sales floor, over the phone, and at customers’ homes while generating new rental orders.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely and compliantly load/unload and install products, ensuring vehicles remain clean and maintained.
• Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store environment by organizing product displays and refurbishing merchandise to like-new condition.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid state driver's license and a good driving record, as you will be operating company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
