 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Able to achieve Milliman Signature Authority within 18 months</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint</li>
