Required Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of agency recruiting or consultative sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry or a willingness to learn (coaching provided).
  • Skilled at managing client relationships and closing offers.
  • Confidence navigating ATS/CRM systems (training on our proprietary system provided).
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build something long-term.
