 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Own and refine the Heat &amp; Mass Balance (HMB) using THERMOFLEX and deliver operational cases</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Translate model outputs into datasheets, requirements, and RFQ packages</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Lead technical bid evaluations and define performance guarantees for power generation</li>

 <h2 style="color: #34495e; font-size: 1.2em; margin: 20px 0 10px 0;">Required Qualifications</h2>
 <ul style="padding-left: 20px; margin: 10px 0;">
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">10+ years of experience in power generation with expertise in combined cycle and HMB ownership</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Proficiency in THERMOFLEX; familiarity with GT PRO / PEACE / STEAM PRO is preferred</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Strong understanding of HRSG fundamentals and ASME / PTC testing</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Experience in RFQ / spec authorship and technical bid evaluation for CT / ST / HRSG packages</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">BSME or related degree; PE Mechanical preferred or in progress</li>
