Position Overview

The VP, Creative Studio & Brand leads the strategic and creative engine behind our brand and business growth. This leader connects Qualcomm’s brands with global audiences through differentiated strategy, compelling storytelling, and integrated, data‑driven programs and content that build our brands, drive measurable perceptual change, and deliver meaningful business impact. The ideal candidate is a demonstrated creative leader committed to strategy, design, and creative storytelling, and is seasoned in establishing powerful creative ideas and campaigns that disrupt the market and deliver real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities: Creative Development & Execution – Set the creative vision and oversee end-to-end creative development and execution, working with both internal talent and external agency partners.
  • Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Evolution – Serve as the true north for Qualcomm’s brands by ensuring consistency, cohesion, and clarity across all touchpoints and teams.
  • Responsibilities: Creative Production – Deliver best-in-class creative solutions and executive presentations that elevate storytelling, maximize ROI, and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborative Leadership – Work centrally within the evolving Marketing organization, closely partnering with Product/BU Marketing, Corporate Communications, Growth Marketing & Enablement, and Regional Engagement on initiatives from employer branding to on-site brand experiences.
  • Success Metrics – Build an internal creative powerhouse by leveraging AI tools, driving innovative storytelling across channels, capitalizing on strategic brand partnerships, and deepening engagement within partner communities.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years’ progressive creative leadership spanning brand strategy, integrated campaigns, content, and production with success at global technology or innovation‑centric brands.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field of study

Preferred Qualifications

  • 20+ years’ progressive creative leadership spanning brand strategy, integrated campaigns, content, and production with success at global technology or innovation‑centric brands.
  • Education: MBA or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field of study
  • Portfolio demonstrating breakthrough brand building, executive storytelling, and measurable business impact.
  • Proven experience leading multi‑disciplinary creative teams and managing agencies/vendors at scale.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business objectives into creative strategy.
  • Fluency in data‑driven creative optimization and familiarity with AI‑enabled creative toolchains.

  • Salary: $273,600.00 - $410,400.00
