Job Description

Position Overview

TLF’s Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist will have a primary focus on supporting all-digital marketing, social media, and influencer initiatives. In this role, you will drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales through expert execution of SEO, SEM, content development, and influencer marketing strategies for www.TLFapparel.com, reaching TLF’s global market demographics. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize digital campaigns and continuously refine marketing tactics. Location: Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onsite & Offsite SEM/SEO Optimization: Implement keyword strategies, Google Rich Snippets, proper image and file naming (alt-tags, meta-tags), meta descriptions, product tagging, and pixel integration.
  • Content Development: Research, plan, and execute creative content initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and third-party influencers.
  • Email/SMS/MMS Marketing: Conceptualize, design, segment, and execute campaigns aligned with the marketing calendar and consumer buying data, including A/B testing subject lines and creatives.
  • Digital Analytics & Optimization: Manage digital analytics by setting and tracking KPIs (CPA, AOV, ROAS, LTV, Conversion Rate) and reporting daily and weekly performance metrics.
  • Social Media & Influencer Management: Develop ad campaigns, schedule content, and coordinate influencer outreach, negotiations, and brand ambassador initiatives while maintaining a consistent brand voice across channels.
  • Influencer Relations & Analytics: Source, negotiate, and manage influencer collaborations, track ROI/ROAS/engagement metrics, and create performance reports to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • SEO Initiatives: Oversee on-site SEO enhancements including copywriting for blogs and landing pages, conducting site audits, keyword and competitive analysis, and implementing link building strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in content production for social media, blogs, and copywriting
  • At least 2 years of experience directly managing social media influencers for a consumer brand, with portfolio examples available
  • Proven experience managing substantial budgets and executing both paid and organic social content campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, AHREFS) and KPI tracking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills alongside a creative mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
