Position Overview
Assistant Brand Manager – Pediatric Marketing at Abbott in Columbus, OH. In this role for the Nutrition Division, you will be responsible for managing product innovation projects, implementing consumer marketing tactics, and coordinating cross-functional communications to accelerate Pediatric growth for leading brands such as Similac®, PediaSure®, Pedialyte®, Ensure®, and Glucerna®. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to science-based nutrition products that help millions live healthier lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage innovation projects including creation of P&L & demand templates, representing commercial needs, and leading cross-functional teams to execute market strategies.
- Develop and implement consumer-facing marketing tactics including new product launch plans across the Pediatric portfolio.
- Oversee the medical, legal, and regulatory review processes, including claims and promotional materials management and approval submissions.
- Direct agency management and drive cohesive strategy across all Pediatric agency partners.
- Collaborate with finance and external partners to manage the consumer marketing budget, monitor competitive trends, and evaluate new product launch performance.
- Execute ad hoc projects to support broader consumer marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Communications, Management, or Project Management.
- 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce/digital marketing for CPG or Healthcare brands is desired.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Initiative to identify opportunities and develop business-driving plans.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and business analytics skills with KPI tracking capabilities.

- Compensation: $61,300.00 – $122,700.00 (with variations by location).
