Position Overview

Capital Remodeling is on the hunt for outgoing, energetic, and motivated individuals ready to kick start their career in a fun, fast-paced marketing role with real growth potential and real money to be made. For nearly 40 years, this local company has been helping homeowners upgrade their kitchens, windows, and bathrooms while building a tight-knit team culture that supports and celebrates each other. In this role, you’ll engage with potential customers at Orioles games, high-traffic events, festivals, and community partnerships, as well as conduct door-to-door outreach in local neighborhoods. Compensation: $30,000.00 - $62,368.29 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Capital Remodeling at events, festivals, and high-traffic venues.
• Engage with homeowners to schedule free design consultations.
• Knock on doors in pre-selected neighborhoods to generate leads.
• Share our story and explain how we help people love their homes again.
• Serve as a brand ambassador with the support, training, and tools you need to succeed.

Required Qualifications

• Energetic, confident, and outgoing – you enjoy talking to people.
• Self-motivated and driven by commission opportunities.
• Reliable and coachable – ready to learn and grow.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment while also hustling independently.
• Experience in customer service, events, or sales is a plus, though not required.
