Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Partnership – Act as a trusted HR advisor to corporate leaders using sound judgment, business acumen, and data-driven insights.
  • Purposeful Workforce & Talent Planning – Anticipate future talent needs through workforce planning, succession strategies, and pipeline development.
  • Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness – Coach leaders to enhance performance, accountability, and engagement while supporting organizational design and role clarity.
  • Employee Relations & Trusted Coaching – Guide leaders through complex people decisions, balancing risk management and cultural reinforcement.
  • Operational Excellence & One-HR Collaboration – Ensure flawless execution of core HR processes and partner across HR functions for a seamless employee experience.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HRBP roles.
  • Proven success supporting senior leaders in a complex, corporate or matrixed environment with a collaborative “One HR” mindset.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategies to financial, operational, and strategic outcomes.
  • Demonstrated capability in influencing without authority and leveraging workforce data for decision-making.
  • Experience in leadership coaching, organizational design, change management, and handling complex employee relations with professionalism.
  • Ability to operate independently while staying tightly aligned to enterprise priorities.
  • Eligibility to work under ITAR/EAR conditions – all applicants must be U.S. Persons or eligible to obtain required authorizations.

  • Estimated annual base pay: $104,000.00 (minimum) - $135,000.00 (midpoint) - $166,000.00 (maximum)
  • Annual cash bonus opportunity for all eligible members.
