Follow My Health is hiring a talented backend developer, passionate about creating life-saving technology for doctors and patients. Our cloud-based EHR—hosted on AWS and built with .NET technologies including WebApi, WCF, ASP.NET, and ASP.NET Core—is designed to solve complex technical challenges and deliver reliable, secure product features.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and lead development of secure, robust, performant, and scalable technical solutions—including designing complex application workflows across multiple services, messaging platforms, and data stores.
• Employ technical and thought leadership to drive products from inception to release and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met.
• Develop and test WebApi and WCF services, write comprehensive unit and functional tests, and author SQL Server database schemas and stored procedures.
• Write clean, well-factored, testable, and maintainable code; review code and provide feedback to uphold quality standards.
• Groom user stories, serve as a rotating scrum master, and balance engineering costs of development, testing, and deployment to deliver optimum value.
• Measure, identify, and fix performance and security issues while advocating for the right tools and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• BSCS or related discipline.
• 8+ years of C#/.NET experience.
• 3+ years of experience in .NET WebApi, WCF, REST, relational database development, version control and continuous integration, agile team leadership, and designing solutions using architectural patterns (e.g., caching, type-ahead, retry policies, queuing).
• 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following: cloud development (AWS, Azure), document storage (AWS S3, MongoDB), or messaging systems (AWS SQS, ActiveMQ).
