We're HIRING IMMEDIATELY in the Albany and Hudson region and surrounding areas.

Our Entry Level Marketers will conduct pre-set, in-home consultations with interested homeowners. You will be helping present an energy saving package with our corporate closer on zoom call.

What You'll Do

  • Run pre-set appointments with interested homeowners. These are already set and confirmed by our in-house team.
  • Conduct face-to-face appointments to aid in their decision alongside our inside sales team.
  • Actively listen to customer needs.
  • Introduce the inside sales team to the homeowner and help guide and support their enrollment process.
  • Build relationships that lead to sales and referrals.
  • Effectively manage your time to these preset appointments you've been given and supplied.
  • Visit previously sold customers to take photos and gather feedback.

Earnings & Rewards

• Successful first-year reps at Surf Clean Energy have the potential to earn $90,000 annually, with top performers exceeding that!

• Hourly rate ($20/hour) + Bonuses per successful demo AND commission!

Role Expectations

  • We provide pre-set, high-quality appointments.
  • You will get referrals and self generated leads.
  • Travel to customer homes (may require driving up to 75+ miles one way).
  • Flexibility for evening and weekend appointments to match homeowner availability.

Basic Qualifications

  • Likeable, honest and have the ability to be on time. Communication with leadership is key.
  • 1+ years of customer-facing sales experience is a bonus.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
