Position Overview

Client Operations Analysts help shape the future of service by modernizing the client experience through an elevated standard of care. The Client Service Associate assists with the development and growth of business through engaging and utilizing the full capabilities of the firm. This is a key role that requires an understanding of firm policies, procedures and firm capabilities in order to deliver the full firm to clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Strengthen and nurture client connections through consistent interaction, handling client demands, resolving questions, offering advice, and maintaining the accuracy of crucial data and documents.
  • Identify and provide assistance with Firm services and solutions tailored to meet clients' needs, including banking services and secure digital solutions.
  • Verify authorization and authenticate client identity during request processing.
  • Organize and manage client accounts by gathering necessary client information and documentation, and processing money movement transactions.
  • Analyze client account notifications and take appropriate action.
  • Collaborate with financial consultants to develop comprehensive business strategies and fulfill service commitments.
  • Assist in managing marketing collateral, digital platforms, and the coordination of client events and seminars.
  • Participate in training and educational initiatives aligned with firm strategy and personal growth.
  • Support Financial Advisors by handling administrative tasks such as telephone call management, travel arrangements, scheduling, expense reporting, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Engage in company initiatives led by local leadership and explore opportunities for cross-functional collaboration.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma/Equivalency
  • Skilled in computer operations with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Outstanding writing, interpersonal, and client service skills.
  • Demonstrated precision in work through superior organization and effective task prioritization.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driven by goals with a strong focus on producing results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: College degree preferred
  • Qualifications: Industry knowledge is considered a valuable asset
  • Qualifications: Aspiration to earn Series 7 (GS), Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) alongside Series 65 (RA) certifications
