Position Overview

Comcast is a Fortune 50 leader at the forefront of innovation in media and technology, creating world-class entertainment and online experiences for millions of customers. In the Xfinity Retail Store environment, this role is pivotal for driving retail marketing communications across company-owned and third‐party channels. The successful candidate will lead the Retail Marcom team to execute strategies that enhance in-store customer engagement and drive revenue while ensuring brand excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and provide oversight of a team of marketing professionals across all Xfinity company-owned and third-party retail channels.
  • Support the development of the National Retail, Branded Partner, and MDU channels with dedicated needs and deliverables.
  • Oversee all brand and product marketing initiatives, including in-store communications, creative briefs, and messaging.
  • Own the Retail Marketing plan-of-record by identifying critical milestones, timelines, and ensuring delivery against objectives.
  • Oversee the development of a retail-TV strategy to optimize in-store digital screens.
  • Develop and implement an in-store event and workshop engagement series.
  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders (Brand, IMC, Growth, eCommerce, Retail Sales & Operations) in the development and launch of marketing plans.
  • Serve as the liaison and subject matter expert for cross-functional teams, divisions, and regional partners.
  • Analyze financial metrics to inform marketing plans for budget and margin assurance.
  • Manage performance reports, budgets, and agency relationships while delivering actionable insights.

  • Capacity to manage multiple large-scale projects concurrently.
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or a combination of coursework and extensive related professional experience.
  • Experience in retail marketing within a large, dynamic organization.
