About the Job

You will generate new business opportunities, recruit top talent, build strong client relationships, visit clients in person across the Denver metro, and champion LHH’s staffing and recruitment services across a wide range of industries.

Key Responsibilities

Be a Trusted Talent Strategist

  • Partner with C‑level clients to identify the leadership DNA they need to evolve. Advise on hiring strategies that drive transformation, not transactions.

Make Connections & Spark Interest

  • Engage potential clients through outreach, conversations, online research, and industry events. Understand their challenges and offer impactful solutions.
  • Identify and engage high‑impact executives who elevate organizations. Match transformative leaders with future‑focused companies.

Lead with Empathy, Connect with Purpose

  • Use emotional intelligence to build meaningful, long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Qualifications

  • Degree or: 3+ years' experience in the staffing industry
  • >3+ years of: sales experience (staffing/recruitment/HR services preferred)
  • 3+ years of: recruitment experience
  • Proven track record of: exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of: staffing and workforce solutions
  • Excellent: communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to: thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
  • Proficiency with: CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
