Outbound Solar Sales Agent (Call Center)

Position Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Remote Solar Call Center Representative and make a positive impact on the future of sustainable energy! This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.

Enjoy competitive compensation with 100% commission and a pay range of $15,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year. Full-time position with regular Zoom meetings twice a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers via phone to provide information about solar products and services.
• Outbound Calls: Proactively make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and providing relevant information.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for solar consultations with our expert team.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about solar industry trends, our products, and competitor offerings.

Required Qualifications

• Outbound call experience required!
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex information clearly.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Customer-Focused: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building positive relationships.
• Self-Motivated with the ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
• Basic technical aptitude in solar energy concepts (training will be provided).
• Remote Work Setup: Must have a quiet workspace, reliable internet connection, and a computer.
• Experience: At least 1 year in outbound calls and 2 years in a call center environment.
