Position Overview
Rugiet Health is an Austin, TX-based growth-stage company disrupting the US healthcare market by democratizing access to best-in-class compounded medications delivered via a bespoke/luxury online marketplace. As an Email Marketer at Rugiet, you will be at the forefront of our communication strategy – driving customer engagement through targeted, data-driven email campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Email Strategy & Campaigns: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that align with company goals, create automated flows for engagement, retention, and re-engagement, and design segmented lists for targeted messaging.
- Content Creation: Craft compelling email content including subject lines, copy, and calls-to-action, and collaborate with design and product teams to create visually appealing templates.
- Email Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) while leveraging A/B testing to optimize campaigns.
- Customer Journey & Lifecycle Marketing: Develop lifecycle email strategies and workflows for onboarding, post-purchase, re-engagement, and upselling.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with marketing, product, creative, data, copywriting, and development teams to ensure campaigns align with brand messaging and meet campaign triggers.
- Email List Management: Maintain clean, segmented, and updated email lists to optimize targeting and deliverability while ensuring data integrity.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all email marketing activities comply with regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and stay updated on industry trends.
- Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Schedule campaigns based on business needs, analyze each campaign's performance, adjust strategies accordingly, and participate in team meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in email or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, HubSpot) and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and segmentation strategies.
- Experience with A/B testing, campaign performance analysis, and optimization.
- Proven ability to write and review compelling email copy that drives action.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; self-motivated and organized.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in healthcare, wellness, or telehealth-related marketing.
- Experience with automation and lifecycle email marketing.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization.
- Experience with data analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Experience in Figma.
- Experience in ClickUp.
