This position is the true key and beginning of the staffing cycle. You will be interacting primarily with candidates, and your coworkers in a service-inspired, collaborative, and engaging manner uncovering talent, interviewing candidates, and assessing skills.
The ideal candidate will excel in managing an ever-shifting priority list with an unparalleled ability to shift focus and simultaneously multi-task throughout the day. All while engaging an optimistic, can-do spirit in a fast-paced environment while remembering to laugh.
Previous or current leasing experience in the apartment industry is a PLUS!
In addition to sourcing and interviewing talent, this position will handle a high level of verbal and written communication through candidate confirmations and availability updates. Establishing positive and effective candidate communication is an important attribute to the success of this position.
Essential Functions :
- Central focus on providing recruiting and interview support for the Raleigh office to keep a robust candidate pool for open job orders,
- Oversee job postings and follow posting protocol, utilize all available sourcing avenues, review resume submissions, initiate phone screens, and schedule interviews.
- Display steadfast commitment to ensuring all compliance procedures are followed, including applications are completed in full.
- Keep a solution-oriented approach to troubleshooting and problems presented by candidates and coworkers.
- Apply timely follow-up in your daily routine
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Display a positive, can-do, teamwork spirit and inspire others both internally and externally to follow suit
- Other duties or projects, as assigned.
