Compensation: $41,560 - $58,000 / year
This role is designed for a creative and proactive individual who is passionate about social media. You will assist in executing social media campaigns, developing engaging content, and building our online community under the guidance of the Social Media Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn)
  • Monitor and engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct social media research to keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms
  • Monitor social media analytics and make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audiences
  • Assist in coordinating influencer partnerships including outreach, negotiation, and performance tracking
  • Support the Social Media Manager with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proficiency in social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices and industry trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
