Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospitality team, including servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff.
• Ensure all team members deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to guarantee that food and beverages are prepared to the highest standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Implement and enforce service standards, training programs, and policies.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor cost control to optimize operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of promotions, events, and special offerings to enhance the guest experience.
• Lead by example, fostering a positive, teamwork-oriented work environment.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hospitality management role is required.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of golf or sports entertainment is advantageous but not mandatory.
