Position Overview

Our client is seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive to join an expanding sales team in Las Vegas, Nevada, US. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by managing the entire sales cycle – from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing – while leveraging a dynamic hybrid work model that combines in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the enterprise market through channels such as cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate complex contracts and close deals to meet sales quotas and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, pre-sales, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management reports to senior leadership.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  • Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with enterprise clients, fostering loyalty and driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and offering innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in enterprise sales with a consistent track record of exceeding quota.
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions or services to C-level executives and decision-makers in large organizations.
  • Excellent understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the target industry.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
