Position Overview
Join Western Union as the Global Executive Recruiting Leader in Denver, Colorado. In this strategic role,
you will be a key member of the Human Resources Leadership Team and a trusted partner to the Global Leadership Team,
driving Western Union’s executive talent strategy within a dynamic, global FinTech organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultative talent management guidance to key business leaders.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate strategic, senior level full cycle recruiting and talent management projects.
- Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives across the organization.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with global business objectives.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to enhance executive recruitment processes and vendor management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of executive recruiting experience, including managing retained search vendors.
- Education or equivalent experience with extensive HR expertise in organizational planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation.
- Proven ability to work closely with executive leadership teams and drive global talent management strategies.
- Strong negotiation, consulting, communication, leadership, and coaching skills with high business acumen.
- Experience in implementing global initiatives and organizational change, with an aptitude for lean and agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- International experience and a strong track record in scaling global initiatives.
- Experience with lean and agile working methodologies.
- Hogan Assessment certification is a plus.

- Compensation: On-target earnings range of $168,000–$181,000, which includes a base salary of $140,000–$150,000 plus short-term (15% of base) and long-term (5% of base) incentives.
