Job Description

Position Overview

Anthropologie is looking for a Temporary Print Project Coordinator - Marketing. The Print Project Coordinator will report to the Art Department Project Manager and be responsible for supporting the asset creation of print collateral for Anthropologie Group events, in-store signage, influencer giftings, and brand activations. This operational role supports day-to-day needs to ensure efficient workflow and effective processes of the creative print team. This is a temporary position for 3 months with potential to extend.

Location: Home Office in Philadelphia, PA

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage print creative projects, ensuring they are executed on time and adjustments are made to meet deadlines and target live dates
  • Open Basecamp and Asana projects and assign milestones for all print creative projects including printed signage, branded event asks, marketing initiatives, 360 projects, and home office requests
  • Maintain daily updates to milestones in Basecamp and update overall timelines for copy and design teams
  • Monitor urgent milestones with copy, design, and management to ensure time-sensitive deadlines are met
  • Assist the Manager with overseeing the briefing process and timelines to ensure successful and timely creative execution with clear communication to cross-functional partners
  • Support the development of brand marketing campaigns and additional print needs during peak selling times
  • Submit and track invoices as required

Required Qualifications

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on process improvements and driving efficiencies
  • Ability to multitask effectively with a strong awareness for timing and urgency
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate via email and in meetings
  • A strong team player willing to provide assistance across various tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Basecamp, Asana, or Figma (preferred but not required)
  • Experience with print production and design knowledge (preferred but not required)
