Position Overview

Join EnergyPal as a Remote Call Center Agent / Solar Lead Qualifier and Hourly Sales Development Representative, where you'll educate and qualify inbound leads for solar energy. Work from the comfort of your own home while helping homeowners in Canada and the USA switch to clean, renewable energy. This role supports our mission to power Earth with 100% renewable energy using our innovative Cleantech Recommendation System™.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and educate customers on the benefits of solar energy.
• Pitch the EnergyPal value proposition and answer FAQs.
• Collect project information such as utility bills, energy usage, and roof orientation.
• Guide customers through qualifying for solar options and set them up for a sale.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Required Qualifications

• Team player with a strong work ethic in the clean energy/solar industry.
• Proven track record in phone sales with excellent verbal communication.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a home computer equipped with a call center headset.
• Self-starter who is motivated, organized, and proficient with CRM or call center software.
• College or University education is preferred.
