Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative tasks, special projects, and training programs as assigned.
- Act as a resource for entry-level accountants or administrative staff.
- Prepare general ledger account reconciliations for designated accounts.
- Propose correcting entries.
- Interpret financial transactions and events for users who must make economic or business decisions.
- Prepare reconciliation of actual to budget variance analysis.
- Prepare and post moderately complex monthly journal entries.
- Create accounting analytics for internal and external reporting requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related business field required.
- Minimum of one year of related work experience required.
- High School Diploma/GED and three years of related work experience accepted.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office spreadsheet applications required.
Preferred Qualifications
- PeopleSoft General Ledger proficiency preferred.
