 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">2+ years of management experience and at least 6 years of revenue cycle experience</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Experience with RCM Billing Tools and payer relationships</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Coding experience, preferably with a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certificate</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Familiarity with BI tools, such as Snowflake and Tableau</li>
