Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SAAS Sales Associate/ Vice President to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of leadership experience, and a strong background in SAAS sales. A strong understanding of Firebase, Flutter, and FlutterFlow is also ideal with the ability to scale and sell high-quality applications. This role involves working on the full sales development lifecycle from start to finish and reports to the CEO. It is an opportunity at a newly created company that is building a specialized, mobile-focused customer relationship management (CRM) application out of the San Diego, CA, area. We value drive and accomplishment over location, but due to this stage of optimization, the role requires a US-based person with Pacific Time availability for collaboration (flexibility for the right candidate)
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales, Account Management, and Business Development skills
- Ability to offer commentary about final features for the application
- Sales Operations and Sales Management experience
- Ability to make comments on the final version of the application
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in the CRM software industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to build user-friendly applications that meet business needs.
- Ensure app security and performance through best practices in authentication, authorization, and cloud rules.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Experience releasing prior work on iOS and Android mobile applications, including deployment to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience deploying applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience in a startup or high-growth tech company.
- Demonstrated success in sales with proven management and a customer base
- Past success in starting, building, and exiting previous startups
- 5-10 years of marketing leadership experience
- A strong business plan to sell to customers nationwide
- Strong ability to recruit and hire 10+ salespeople in Q24 2025
- Willingness to promote and advertise our products
