Position Overview

The Sales team at Candid Health is expanding after a very strong year. We are looking for an SDR who will focus on building the top of funnel pipeline for our Account Executive team through strategic outbound efforts. Key Responsibilities

  • Create messaging for outbound campaigns via cold calling, emailing, and meetings targeting Physician organizations, MSOs, and PE-backed roll ups ranging from mid-market to large enterprise.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other Sales Automation tools to track sales metrics against company quotas.
  • Use prospecting tools to identify decision makers and target companies.
  • Qualify and contact inbound requests effectively.
  • Engage actively in the discovery and qualification phase of the sales process.
  • Partner with account executives to generate new business by handing off heavily qualified leads.
  • Build and refine the sales playbook for current and future sellers.
  • Manage and prioritize a sales pipeline using CRM software, keeping accurate records of interactions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and client needs while continuously learning about the company's products and value proposition.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in strategic outreach (experience as an SDR or in Business Development is a plus).
  • Comfortable and confident making cold calls.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Goal oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and resourceful.
  • Motivated to seek continuous improvement for oneself and the overall sales strategy.

Compensation

  • Compensation:The estimated salary range for this position is $120k-$140K OTE.
  • The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on job-related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, and market data.
  • Total compensation may also include equity, sales incentives, and employeebenefits. At Candid Health, the potential equity upside is highly valued.
