As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you will be the friendly face that puts the wow in Wawa by greeting and serving our customers. Join our flock and get ready to soar.

Compensation: The hourly range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00, commensurate with position, experience, and location. Associates will also receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12am - 6am.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as delicious breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, pizzas, and keep the coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked with fresh and inviting displays.
• Help maintain a clean and safe store environment by following all policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Complete housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.

Required Qualifications

• Great communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.
• Enjoys working in a team environment.
