Call Center Specialist

Position Overview

Pitch Perfect Solutions, established in 2009, specializes in lead generation for Life, Health, and Medicare Supplement insurance policies. As a Warm Transfer Agent working from home, you will handle both outbound and inbound calls via our computer automated system, follow a provided script, and ensure customers are pre-qualified before transferring them to a licensed insurance agent. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive incoming calls on an automated system (no manual dialing involved).
• Follow a provided script to ensure consistent messaging.
• Verify customer information and pre-qualify prospects.
• Transfer customers to licensed insurance agents.
• Work full time, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Required Qualifications

• High-speed internet connection with the ability to plug directly into a router (NO Wi-Fi or hotspot).
• A PC or laptop with an Intel i5 processor (or greater) and Windows 10.
• At least 8GB of RAM.
• A USB headset with a microphone.
