We’re looking for a motivated Account Executive to join a fast-growing organization in the communication and technology solutions space. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hunting for new opportunities while also building long-term customer relationships that drive recurring business and account growth.
This is a highly visible territory-based sales role focused on business development, relationship management, and consultative selling across commercial customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and grow new business opportunities within your assigned territory
- Prospect through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, social selling, and in-person meetings
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with a focus on conversion and revenue growth
- Identify customer pain points and position technology solutions that solve operational and communication challenges
- Prepare proposals, pricing, quotes, and presentations for customers
- Partner closely with internal operations, engineering, and service teams to deliver strong customer solutions
- Manage account relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and account expansion
- Maintain accurate CRM activity, forecasting, and pipeline updates
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and new business development
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to close new logos
- Experience managing customer relationships and growing existing accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using CRM tools and sales technologies
- Ability to build relationships with decision-makers and executive stakeholders
