We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and collaborative marketing professional to join our team as Lead, Marketing + Activations – a role that thrives at the intersection of storytelling, creativity, and execution to support our brand and product activation campaigns.

Location: Must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office
Schedule: Hybrid – 4 days in-office per week
Salary: $110,584.27-$138,230.33 USD

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated marketing plans that translate creative concepts into campaigns across social, experiential, and traditional channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, product, digital) and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with brand objectives.
  • Support social-first initiatives by applying platform best practices and emerging trends to enhance reach and engagement.
  • Prepare and share campaign updates and performance insights with cross-functional partners to maintain alignment and inform future strategies.
  • Leverage athlete partnerships within campaigns, events, and social storytelling to amplify brand impact.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture that values creativity, curiosity, and strong cross-functional relationships.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with typically 5-8 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with typically 5 years of relevant experience OR typically 10 years of relevant experience without a degree.
  • 2-3 years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, social media strategy, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across social, experiential, and traditional platforms.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working closely with creative, media, product, digital, and agency partners.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, emerging trends, content best practices, and audience behavior.
  • Ability to present and influence at multiple levels of the organization with strong storytelling and communication skills.
  • Experience working with athletes, creators, or talent is a plus, with the ability to integrate them into campaigns in an authentic, brand-aligned way.
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with the ability to manage details, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Demonstrated creativity and passion for staying connected to culture, trends, and consumer insights that shape modern marketing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple projects and shifting priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
