The Plastics Manufacturing Associate will work in a clean room environment, producing and packaging plastic parts of varying sizes. They will adhere to clean room regulations and quality standards while inspecting and packaging products. The role involves basic troubleshooting of equipment and ensuring correct labeling and packaging of parts.
Responsibilities
- Pack 'racks' onto the production line after covering them.
- Operate packaging equipment to insert tips into racks.
- Print labels based on work instructions.
- Place filled racks into sleeves and label them.
- Seal and label boxes with filled sleeves.
- Perform visual inspections and report quality issues to the quality team.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure continuous production flow.

Shifts & Pay
- 1st shift: 6:30am-3:00pm // $18
- 2nd shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm // $19.26
- 3rd shift: 10:30pm-7am // $19.80

Work Environment
Work in a bright, clean, and organized facility with a low hum of machinery. Shifts are available as follows: 1st Shift (6:30am-3pm), 2nd Shift (2:30pm-11pm), and 3rd Shift (10:30pm-7am). The work environment includes stringent PPE requirements, such as hairnets, face coverings, steel toes, shoe covers, lab gowns, safety glasses, and gloves to ensure no DNA contamination. Breaks are coordinated among team members to maintain continuous production. The facility is under 24/7 security and camera supervision with a well-lit parking lot for safety.

This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.80/hr.
