About the Role
Join a leading organization in the semiconductor industry as a Field Service Engineer and play a critical role in supporting advanced semiconductor equipment at customer sites. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and uptime of complex electro-mechanical systems while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, repair, and upgrade of semiconductor equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical and mechanical issues to the component level
- Execute preventative maintenance and corrective actions to minimize equipment downtime
- Support equipment start-ups, relocations, and field modifications
- Maintain detailed service reports and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
- Provide technical support, guidance, and mentoring to junior engineers
- Build strong customer relationships by communicating effectively and delivering high-quality service
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Hands-on experience with installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting of semiconductor or similar capital equipment
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams, and technical manuals
- Comfortable working in cleanroom environments and using appropriate safety equipment
- Willingness to travel frequently (domestic and international) and work flexible schedules, including on-call support

- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
