As a Senior Relationship Strategist within the PNC Private Bank organization, based in Atlanta, GA, you will work from a PNC location with responsibilities that require time in the office or in the field, with some tasks potentially performed remotely at the manager’s discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support client management activities by developing and executing a relationship management plan to acquire and retain clients, ensuring an exceptional client experience while managing a book of the largest and most complex relationships; may assist directors in developing team members.
- Coordinate with the team to determine action plans through thorough discovery of client needs, reviewing assessments regularly, and aligning business capabilities to deliver outstanding service.
- Drive the growth of your book of business through client expansion and new client acquisition by proactively sourcing relationships and maintaining strong communication with existing clients.
- Manage risk with appropriate client selection to ensure that service delivery aligns with fees, collaborating with risk partners for quick resolution and effective follow-up.
- Ensure timely, accurate sales and client relationship administration by executing team processes (pre-call planning, post-call debriefs, relationship reviews) and mentoring team members as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Industry-relevant experience (typically 8+ years).
- Strong relationship management and client service skills.
- Proven risk management and compliance awareness.
