Job Description

Position Overview

In this role, you will support the accounting team with various day-to-day operations including bank reconciliations, journal entries review, financial transaction management, period-end closes, and audit assistance while contributing to process improvements and KPI setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the accounting team with day-to-day operations including bank reconciliations.
  • Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and manage financial transactions.
  • Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close to ensure timely and accurate financial statements preparation.
  • Assist with interim and annual audits by collaborating with internal and external teams.
  • Analyze financial statements and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
  • Create process improvements and set KPI's.

Required Qualifications

  • Qualifications: MUST HAVE REVENUE RECOGNITION experience (ASC 606)
  • 4+ years of accounting/finance experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment; familiarity with factory accounting is a plus
