Job Description

Position Overview

Location: Utah-based hybrid position requiring regular in-office days. BambooHR is seeking an experienced Account Executive whose objective is to drive new business by educating prospective clients about our powerful people intelligence platform. Working directly with HR professionals, department leaders, and executives, you will demonstrate the potential ROI provided by our industry-leading SaaS solution. Employment is contingent on passing both background and credit checks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a large sales pipeline and take full ownership of the sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Collaborate with specialized Sales Engineering and Product Marketing teams to support client engagements.
  • Engage with white-paper leads through proactive communication.
  • Conduct sales via web conferences and phone, eliminating the need for travel.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of SaaS SDR or related sales experience (experience in SaaS sales is a plus).
  • International sales experience is preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales expectations.
  • A strong desire to build a successful career in sales.
  • Ability to articulate our value proposition to SMBs via webinars, online demos, phone, and email.
  • Demonstrated collaboration and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
