Position Overview

The Email/CRM Specialist is a pivotal member of the marketing team at The American Bath Group—a leading manufacturer and distributor in the bathing industry. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the role is responsible for designing and executing email marketing strategies using HubSpot to engage key audiences including bathing wholesalers, plumbers, developers, contractors, and architects. The position requires a proactive approach in spotting industry trends, streamlining processes, and delivering actionable insights that drive engagement, conversions, and sales team effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute email marketing strategies.
  • Leverage HubSpot to engage and grow target audiences.
  • Create compelling email content and manage campaigns.
  • Optimize CRM workflows and analyze channel sales outreach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align with broader strategy.
  • Spot industry trends, streamline processes, and deliver actionable insights.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field with 3-5 years of experience in email marketing and CRM management, including 2+ years with HubSpot.
  • Expert-level knowledge of HubSpot for designing, automating, and optimizing email campaigns and CRM workflows, with familiarity in using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills and proven ability to create segmented, personalized email campaigns with A/B testing to boost engagement.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and collaboration skills to assess performance data and drive process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven success in leveraging HubSpot for B2B or wholesale email campaign management and CRM workflow automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize channel sales outreach with data-driven improvements.
  • Experience in performance analysis using HubSpot’s analytics and Google Analytics to refine campaign strategies.
