Kodiak Labor Solutions, a trusted staffing partner for top manufacturing, construction, and industrial clients, is seeking a Skilled Trades Recruiter based in Denver, CO. In this hybrid role—with light local travel and on-site client visits—you will source, screen, and place highly skilled trades talent including licensed electricians, plumbers, and sheet metal mechanics. Key Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit licensed trades professionals for high-impact projects
  • Write compelling, keyword-optimized job postings
  • Screen candidates for technical skills, certifications, and cultural fit
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of trade talent
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer acceptance
  • Conduct on-site interviews and client visits in the Denver area
  • Stay updated on trade certifications, wage trends, and labor market data

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience in the skilled trades, construction, or industrial sectors
  • Proven success in placing licensed trades professionals
  • Deep understanding of trade certifications (e.g., Journeyman, HVAC/R)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with ATS/recruiting tools and Microsoft Office
  • Residency in the Denver, CO area (required)
