Schedule: Now Interviewing December Grads or Candidates with Sales Experience to Start in February or March 2026, as well as May grads for June 2026! Your objective is to find and attract top technical talent to meet the needs of our clients. In the highly competitive technical staffing landscape, building strong relationships and maintaining connections with top talent is key.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract top technical talent to meet client needs.
- Foster and maintain relationships with potential candidates in a competitive market.
- Participate in a multi-step interview process, including phone screens and onsite interviews with the team.
- Embrace opportunities for career advancement, including potential moves into Outside Sales and Account Management roles.
Required Qualifications
- Recent graduates or candidates with 1-3 years of professional experience.
- Sales experience is a huge plus but not required.
- Competitive spirit and a strong passion for sales.
